Covela Aguardente Bagaceira “Fruitball”


This Aguardente Bagaceira from the Vinho Verde region is produced by carefully controlled double distillation in a traditional copper still, then aged and stored in stainless steel vats, maintaining clarity and flavour to the full. These after-dinner digestive brandies can be enjoyed as shots or used to create cocktails. They complete the range of wines and olive oils from Covela. Choose between this, the three-skull-rated Fruitball and – for the more adventurous – the five-skull-rated Firestorm.

Made 100% from grapes from Quinta de Covela, selected from our more aromatic varieties to produce a traditional Aguardente Bagaceira that, while still potent, is seductively fruity and perfumed. Aged and stored in stainless steel vats.
