Quinta de Covela’s Olive Oil, is produced from hand-picked olives and cold-pressed to preserve all the characteristics of the original fruit. The main types of olive grown at Covela are Verdeal and Galega. Covela has practised organic farming since 2011 and has been certified by KIWA-Sativa since 2018.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Ripe and fruity, with notes of apple and ripe tomato.
Palate: Slightly sweet, with intense bitter-sweet spiciness, very complex and balanced,. Notes of olive leaves, tomato plants. Herbaceous with an excellent, long finish.
Available in 0.5L bottles with inviolable closure.
